DJMAX Respect (known as DJMAX Respect V on PC) is a classic 2D music rhythm game that offers various gameplay modes, an accessible playstyle, and a vast library of songs spanning multiple musical genres. The game features over one hundred tracks taken from DJMAX Portable (released in 2006) and DJMAX Portable 2 (released in 2007). The gameplay model in DJMAX Respect is directly derived from the popular DJMAX games previously released on the PSP. Each lane is associated with a specific button on the controller, which must be pressed in time with the music.
