Assassin’s Creed III Remastered is an enhanced version of the 2012 game, complete with all its expansions. The action of Assassin's Creed III Remastered takes place in North America between 1753 and 1783. Its main protagonist is Connor, a Métis who is the son of the Native American Kaniehti
and the British Haytham Kenway. The story begins when Connor's village falls victim to an attack, prompting him to dedicate his life to fighting tyranny and seeking justice. In the following years, Connor participates in the American Revolutionary War, witnessing events such as Paul Revere's midnight ride, the great fire of New York, and the siege of Boston by George Washington's forces.

Similar to previous entries in the series, the game includes a modern-day storyline. Players follow the further adventures of Desmond Miles, who along with other members of the Assassin Brotherhood, discovers an ancient temple located in New York state.
